      @@Feaforall No, thank you, Cyprien! I'm working for a startup and for now we have the special ANSYS "Startup license" (much cheaper), but it is running out in one year. And knowing the full price, it looks like that I need to start learning Salome_Meca already: there is no way we can afford it. You have very useful tutorials.

    Great video, but one thing is bothering me. In initial stage you performed modal analysis. Usually, loadings are not included in such analysis. Did you consider pressure in your initial modal analysis?

    Created temporary 'pitzDailySteady.OpenFOAM' qt.qpa.xcb: could not connect to display qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found. This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, xcb. Aborted . I am getting this error can you please help? I have followed each and every step mentioned in the video.

    Hi Cyprien, wonderful tutorials on GMSH, really enjoyed learning from them. I wanted to know if there's a way to make periodic structures on GMSH if we know the coordinates of the constituting unit cell. Defining points for a large ensemble might be too tiresome.

    There's no need to change x to a real. You can still do real division as long as one of the operands is a real: change the 3 to 3.0, or multiply the integer variable 'x' by 1.0: y = x / 3.0 y = x * 1.0 / 3

    Having a zero-gradient heat flux is unrealistic. For greater accuracy, you would need to couple CFD for internal convection and perhaps external convection. Gas of a specified temperature would enter the inlets at a specified velocity, instead of assuming a value of heat flux.

    In the real application, the outlet would not be so rigidly constrained. Also the material would be quite ductile at high temperature.

    How fast can the GUI keep up with the data? I tried using pyqtgraph, using one thread to parse the serial data, and another thread for the gui updating. However, my sensor transmits at 115kbps continuously, and the GUI starts to lag behind and become unbearably slow after just a few seconds! Seems like this is such a common application, that there must be dozens of fast performing solutions. For example, I was thinking standard can-bus operates at 1Mbps, so perhaps if there was a way to use a can-bus visualization tool for serial port data ((pcan-explorer, plot-juggler, Tbruno25/can-explorer SavvyCAN )? There are some serial projects ( VizhPort , serial-studio, RealtimePlotter (Processing IDE), x-io's serial-oscilloscope, TelemetryViewer, hyOzd /serialplot ) but not sure how they handle lots of data. The other thought was to use Flutter/Flet and fl_charts?

    HI, when I finish the setup of analisys step, I set the output setup , then i go to history view, prest th + symbol, and i got a message error , which says: "..Cannot read output file or empty file.."
